Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 12, 2009 at the age of 63.
Beloved father of Thomas and Christie and her husband Christian Mathieu.
Dearly cherished grandfather "Grampa" of Coco.
Much loved brother of Mary Smythe, Elizabeth Brinton, and the late Victoria Mathieson.
Loved and cared for for many years by Anne.
Sadly missed by former wife and dear friend Penny Brown.
Fond uncle of Sarah, Stafford, Robbie, Lizzie, Terry, Rosie and the late Jenny and Willy.
Also, loved uncle of David, Anne, Emily and Matthew.
Loved by extended family Gabrielle and Hannah.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Mass to be held at St. Michael's Cathedral, 65 Bond Street, Toronto, on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 1:30 p.m.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Conn Smythe Foundation, to which Tom was devoted for many years.
