How to shop at the Tuck Shop |

| Moving around the store
At this time, all the items offered at the Tuck Shop are listed on the same web page. There is a quick "table of contents" at the top of the page to make it easier for you to jump to the item that interests you, but you can also just scroll down the page, browsing through the store. |

| Selecting your purchases
When you wish to purchase an item from the Tuck Shop, you must first add it to your shopping cart. You do this by entering the quantity of the item you desire (it defaults to 1), and then making the necessary selections among colour, size, or other characteristics.  When you have provided the required information, please click on the Add to cart icon.
 An alert message will appear, confirming that your selection (described) has been added to the shopping cart.
When you click OK on this alert, you will be taken to the Review Shopping Cart page. |

| Review Shopping Cart
All the items you have added to the shopping cart are listed, with their size, colour characteristics, and price information. Depending on what you have ordered, the display will look something like this:
Beside each item is a Remove button. If you wish to remove an item from the shopping cart, just click Remove, and confirm that you wish to eliminate the item from your order. If you wish to change the characteristics of an item (including decreasing the quantity) you must Remove the item and add the new item. If you wish to increase the quantity, simply Add the desired quantity of the same item, and the shopping cart will increase the quantity ordered. Having reviewed the contents of your shopping cart, you can click on Continue Shopping to add more items to your order, or you can proceed to the checkout process. |

| The checkout process
Now that you are satisfied with the content of your order, you need to tell us where you want it shipped. Please complete all the fields on the form, so that we can successfully ship your order, and so that we can contact you if we need to. Once the fields are complete, you have one more opportunity to review the contents of your order. You can remove items, or continue shopping for more items. If you wish, you can clear all the fields in the shipping address form. Finally, when you are ready, please click on the Submit the Order button to transmit the order information to the Tuck Shop. |

| What happens when you click submit
After you click the Submit the Order button, you should see a screen confirming the Success of your Tuck Shop Order Submission to Fires of Friendship. Or possibly an Error screen identifying data deemed missing, or some other difficulty. |

| Shipping conditions
Once the Tuck Shop receives your money, they will ship your order to the shipping address you provided. If the Tuck Shop staff has any questions about your order, they will contact you at either the e-mail address you provided, or at the telephone number you provided. |

| Some technical information
The shopping cart is written in Javascript and uses Cookies, so both these capabilities must be present and switched on in your browser. Netscape and Internet Explorer from version 4 onward are effective. |

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. |

| Plans for credit cards
We are working on moving the Fires of Friendship web site to a server environment where we can economically offer you the option to pay by credit card. Please watch the web site for news of this event. |
